  1. I just want to ask a few questions on what this substance is and what effects it has. I suppose that it is a digestive enzyme but does that mean that it could corrode your intestines further -essentially is it dangerous? Secondly, how has L-Glutamine worked for those who have taken it? Does it provide extra safety against gluten like a gluten-free diet...

  3. I buy kraft goods a lot and they always have an Allergens Info. part of their product. But does this necessarily list Gluten CC since celiac/intolerance isn't really an allergy?
  4. Well I just called them, it looks like Lily of the Desert is made in a gluten free facility and is itself gluten free.

I heard that it was gluten free and I checked with the customer service but I find customer experience to be superior sources of info. for these things so I was wondering, how did you react to it?   11. I looked up their sign. soups -they have dangerous looking ingredients like yeast extract or flavoring or enzymes yet their 2007 (old?) list claims gluten freedom for a lot of their soup. Luckily of course, I never try anything suspicious unless I have too (hungry). Thanks ahead of time!
  12. So I have a negative on the anti-endomysial blood test but I do have constipation. Most doc. don't seem to know what is wrong. Also, I cut out as much gluten that I knew of for 4 days and for those days I felt great! I also noticed that my stools aren't as digested as they used to be -a sign of malabsorbtion? Then after those 4 days,back to constipation...

  14. ...specifically the nortenas clasicas? The company says that they are processed in the same factory only on different lines that are unlikely to be cross-contaminated.
  15. If you some of the symptoms but a negative for endomysial antibodies (which are supposed to be specific for celiac), then could you still have celiac. I could be wrong, but I think I've also been gluten free about 1 week and 2 days before my test (even though I couldn't totally confirm that I was 100% gluten free but for 4 days straight, I was feeling better...
  16. If you have some of the symptoms but tested negative for the endomysial antibodies (which are supposed to be specific to celiac disease)could it still be celiac or not?
