  1. Is anyone dealing with a combination of Celiac and Hypoglycemia? Seems like a lethal combination to me. I was diagnosed with low blood sugar when I was 9 and Im struggling a bit with all of this.
  2. "Candida" perhaps. Candida overgrowth can cause a countless number of issues including food intolerance's. I would research that as well. This sums up what I have read myself .... I say this as I reel from my own issues and Im trying to sort it all out myself. Gluten intolerance and issues with Candida can overlap and be devastating, unless your...
  3. Ive not really started this in earnest until the last day or so. I just got back on the forum in the last 48 hours. Honestly I found it hard to believe this was Gluten related and as far as SOY thats a whole other thing I never heard of before. As I said on another thread, Im 56 years old now and virtually grew up on vegetable protein which was all gluten...
  4. Wow this is all amazing information Im so grateful. Ive been hammering down probiotics thinking this was a Candida issue but I've not gotten to much tracking on what sounds to me like Ataxia. I should be back into having medial insurance this year (thank god) after loosing a job. I think at that point I need to press for an official test and diagnosis...
  5. That sounds a lot like me... its worse some days then others. Its very inconsistent. Crazy things like I'll go to put something in the kitchen cabinet and instead of puttying it on the shelf .... BAM ill hit the bottom of the cabinet instead and whatever I was trying to put away falls to the counter. Or loosing my balance and etc etc. I was told by a neurologist...
  6. My God, I shudder to think about all the people on god knows what RX's when its just their gut being trashed by Gluten Good Lord!
  7. I would appreciate anyone sharing their experience with Gluten and neurological problems like Ataxia or other issues. Any comments or stories are welcome. Im trying to sort though some things on my own and don't know what to expect. What were you dealing with, how long did it take you to start to turn things around that sort of thing. Thanks Clayton
  8. Wow, thanks so much for the information. I'm not having this severe a reaction yet. Until talking to someone who runs a Gluten free store in my town, I was not aware of this. In her case, if she gets Gluten from some source, in an hour or to, she said she is bumping into walls. For a few years I noticed I had days when words would not come out of...
  9. I had a question about anyones experience with Ataxia and how long after going gluten free did you notice significant change for the better? Thanks for sharing. C. Moore
  10. Also just as an aside, any sugar free treats using sugar Alcohol can case gas and bloating. Many things using a table sugar "substitute" - in a young child can cause issues. Read the labels and stay away from that stuff, at least for a while.
  11. I love chocolate and have been eating some every day and in some cases a few times a day. Sugar Free, pretty much all of it using some form of Sugar Alcohol. I think its more or less thrown my digestion of the rails a bit. Mostly bloating and general discomfort. I got off Gluten of course, but kept eating that chocolate. Don't know if anyone else has...
  12. I'm Male 54 Years old. I thought it was a multi-symptom Candida issue, the only problem was all the usual fixes for that have not been effective. * Neuropothy * Ataxia * Bowl and Prostate problems * Heart irregularities * Brain fog from hell, with your usual Adult ADD Diagnosis * .. much much more. I've been...
