  1. I don't think you're being rude at all. I've read this, too. All I'm really wondering is if it's possible for cortisol levels to be out of balance and if that could exacerbate my symptoms.
  2. I was wondering this same thing. I have major issues with being completely exhausted/ needing massive amounts of sleep and was planning on asking my doctor about a blood test for cortisol levels next time I'm in. Are there any other tests to check that sort of thing?
  3. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I appreciate your response more than I can say! I will discuss things with my doctor, but for now I am strongly adhering to the diet and hope my symptoms will begin to improve. This forum has been a complete god-send, honestly. Thanks again.

It sounds very similar to how I have been feeling these last couple of years and I have been gluten free just short of 2 weeks and still feel just the same. Thank you! This board is wonderful.
  8. Hello! I've been reading the boards here for the last few weeks and finally decided to sign up so I can chat with everybody! I haven't been offically diagnosed with Celiac yet and I am just so frustrated. I'm 23 and have felt sick for as long as I can remember, just nauseus and overall "yucky". My senior year of high school though, I started getting really...
