ARCHIVED gluten-free Restaurants On The Eastern Shore? (Md/va)

I'm going on a trip to the Eastern Shore in a few months, and I'm wondering if there are any restaurants that have a gluten-free menu, or who can accommodate gluten-free safely. I was lucky enough to find a B&B that does, so at least I'm covered for breakfasts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! -

Pica Pica Maize Kitchen in San Fransisco is entirely gluten-free, and also pretty amazing. -

The Gluten Intolerance Group does a lot of work with restaurants, including gluten-free certifications. That's probably the best place to start. -
I had one for lunch today too - it was amazing. My coworker who picked it up was concerned for the sticker they put on my sandwich talking about the risk of CC, but I talked to the manager and I'm pretty well satisfied that they're educated about the risk and how to minimize it.
