    As someone who received a prayer shawl, don't worry about the special yarn (although that's part of what makes you the special and loving person you are (great sentence structure for a former Special Ed and G&T teacher - OY VEY!).     Thanks, I also found a book called Prayer Shawl Ponderings. It doesn't have patterns (I don't knit or crochet) but it has a place for you to write your own ponderings after each chapter. Will let you know how it is when it arrives.

    I'm in agreement about chiro. Just started seeing one last week in my PCP's office. After 2 adjustments I felt amazing. Of course I undid it all at the party by sitting on a soft, sinking sofa most of the night. Can't sleep so I'm heading down to ice it. can't wait until Wednesday when I see her again.
