    Thanks for the explanation. I spent more time out today than I have in a while so my brain is whackier than usual. I'm tired of downloading the music but he has really good taste.     Listening to "Monica" while I type (and doing a lot of smiling and toe tapping). I LOVED that song also. My 18 year old can't believe I like hip-hop and rap.     Hi Celiac Momma, I was having the same problem and have been copy and pasting my replies to an email in case I lost them. I'm still learning my way around the forum.     Still feeling the prep since it didn't take Sunday night. My doctor called yesterday and they had already looked at all of the pictures. They found an ulcer and he thinks that's part of my increased pain. I have to have a biopsy done. Before this he was dismissive but was really nice yesterday (after they found something, of course). I had my capsule endoscopy on Monday and was pleasantly surprised that they looked at all of the pictures (55,000) yesterday. My doctor wants me to add more items into my diet.     Just an update on the endoscopy. My doctor called and they already looked at the pictures. They found an ulcer so that could be causing additional pain. I'll have to have a biopsy. I told him about the elimination diet and he said that vegetables should be safe (still avoiding corn, soy, etc.). He wants me to get my bulk. I ate a salad (sans dressing but...

    I started the elimination diet about a week ago and have been only eating rice, chicken and apples. I did see improvement but went to a rock concert Friday night and was surrounded by beer and other foods that weren't gluten-free. I think I'm REALLY sensitive right now.     I had my capsule endoscopy yesterday. It was not fun because I was constipated (MiraLAX didn't take until today). I don't think it normally causes the severe pain I experienced. I didn't even know if they would let me have it but they did. Swallowing the capsule wasn't a problem. Results take 2-3 weeks because it takes 55,000 pictures. Loey P.S....
