  1. I like Honeyville almond flour when I want a delicate texture. It's much finer than Bob's Red Mill, and it's the cheapest I've found, having a flat shipping rate no matter how much you buy. But Bob's works well in many recipes, especially traditional recipes. I did a sifting comparison of the above 2 brands and found that they both contain the same size...
  2. Here's a great quick snack for corn tortillas: heat them up a little in the microwave or on a comal or griddle. Spread on a little butter and sprinkle on some cinnamon. In Mexico they roll them up with butter, cinnamon and sugar inside and bake them in the oven. Yum! Pat
