  1. Yeah, thank you for your replies. I did flushes last year... consistently as well as something my chirpractor recommended A-F Beta Food, organic beet, and just tried to do the best gluten free I could last year. But really, I'm still looking for some post surgical experience. I'm really tired of feeling poorly. I have a lot of food intolerances and allergies...
  2. I guess what I'm asking is what to expect if I agree to have my gallbladder removed? I dug around and found this link from another thread here, I'm just wanting some information about how this is gonna affect my Celiac Disease.
  3. Hi Forum, I haven't been here in quite a while. Basically I was getting used to gluten free and some things have improved. I had a low fracture ejection rate last year on my gallbladder (19%) And the GI doc said my gallbladded doesn't empty or sqeeze the way it should. I tried various supplements and detoxes and retested at 12 months. I am now at ...
  4. Whew, I anticipated some gluten but not 4-6 slices of bread for that long. Ack. Glad for that info though... and it is doable... though certainly not comfortable. I had added gluten back in, though not in the amounts noted... for the additional food allergy testing... so I've got some in my system. Thank you for your replies.
  5. Okay... still in the "pre diagnosis" stage but closer. My Internal Medicine doc's Nurse Practitioner has agreed to write the order for Celiac's testing if I come in. What should I ask for (as specifically as possible please) to avoid a false negative? Also, should I hold off going out of pocket for the genetic testing? I got one shot at this thing...
  6. Yum those white beans sound really good... I'm adding that one to my list and will give it a try, and I'm not even throwing a party.
  7. Yes, I usually get the drumettes (not the smaller end of the wing with less meat) especially if it's for guests... but it doesn't really matter... it's just more meat and less skin, a better appetizer that way.
  8. Thank you for the link... there's a lot of info here, and I'm reading along. I'm sort of letting it all sink in, as well as I can since some of it's pretty technical. Appreciate it really.
  9. Crock pot Chicken Wings??? My recipe is for a smaller portion... for a party it would need to be quadrupled or so... 1 pound of Chicken Drumettes 2 Tblsp Vegetable Oil (for heat substitute Thai or Korean Chili oil) 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic 2 Tblsp Ketchup or Gluten Free Barbeque Sauce 1 Cup of Honey 1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Soy Sauce Salt and pepper...
  10. I hit a dead end on pursuing food allergy... when I entered the rhealm of GI problems and gallbladder complications. Perhaps, I'll just sit back and read along for a while... and wait for the testing, including the genetic test. I guess I was so releived to have found a likely culpret... I am not expressing myself as well as I could. Thanks again...
  11. I'm trying to keep this up, to get feedback... At present I'm taking 1 Singulair, Bone Up (for the osteopenia), Milk Thistle and Dandelion Root (liver and immune support), Vit D (my blood test over the past two years finally tested good at 8000 units a day), Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal (in a last ditch effort to address the mineral deficiency for my nails...
  12. Celestial Seasons peppermint is 100 percent mint (and it's an anti-inflammatory, so is chamomile) I also do hibiscus and plum (2 hibiscus bags/4 plum teabags)... for a natural sweet and it's great iced to keep in the fridge.
  13. Thank you Jststric for your reply... I tried the elimination diet before... and got the histimine response (forehead and cheeks go cold, back of the head near the nape of my neck heats up about 30 minutes after eating and lasts about 30 minutes)from really odd ball stuff, and to be honest I got pretty confused with it... so I get the giant sized ALCAL panel...
  14. I'm 50, and have moderate to severe environmental and all of the basic food allergies (milk, egg, soy, wheat, corn, peanut) and also am testing severe for glycerin... my repeat allergy testing (I did 3 years of allergic immunotherapy but have discontinued at this time) was more allergic than less. 58 of 60. I also discovered a low fracure rate gallbladder...
