Hi no7ang I too agree with IrishHeart and the above is so true, I have been eating whole foods and even adding extra slices of meat to meals and even eating all the fat too I still remained skinny, I also got the skinny comments , but its only now after one full year I have just started to gain a couple of pounds I think it is about absorption...
