I was a lazy panda , I made my favourite easy corned beef hash with cherry tomatos and a crunchy waldorf salad but with pecans because I had no walnuts, and a lovely ripe mango to follow, I also made some cinder toffee to sprinkle over my mango, I think I used too much bicarbonate of soda "gluten free" as it kind of tripled in size and then exploded... -

Hi no7ang I too agree with IrishHeart and the above is so true, I have been eating whole foods and even adding extra slices of meat to meals and even eating all the fat too I still remained skinny, I also got the skinny comments , but its only now after one full year I have just started to gain a couple of pounds I think it is about absorption... -

Still getting intense itchy rash a year after gluten free , can anyone tell me please, would it be pointless asking for a biopsy after being gluten free ? It's so frustrating as I told the Gastro docs about this incredibly itchy rash which I scratch until I bleed but no one suggested a biopsy , I really do appreciate any help members give...

Hi orange, I was lactose intolerant too for many years, but after a year on the Gluten free diet I have now been able to introduce dairy again I find I am ok with Greek yoghurt, but if I have milk and other dairy products I also get lots of joint pains like you do including restless legs, and for some strange reason a very painful tail bone along...

Hi again b when you say you found a "whole foods store " I am a bit confused , I thought whole foods were things like potatoes, vegetables, un processed meat, fruit ect , just the one food , I am new at all these whole foods too , I am thinking have I got it wrong , or is whole foods lots of other special things too ? -

Hi Jhol I used to be a vegetarian too but when I was in hospital the food was so limited I decided to eat all the meat I could to try and get better , I felt really guilty but I needed to build myself up , I still eat meat and I eat the crispy fat too as I don't eat dairy either, Chicken sounds a really good way to start or fish if you like it ,... -

Hi thank you for your advice it is much appreciated , I did tell my hospital doctor that my own GP thinks its Celiac , and my own GP said I needed a biopsy right from the start as he has seen me battle with this illness Also my own GP said after fifteen years of eating gluten if its Celiac any damage will be there to see I will mention this again to... -

I also have difficulties taking iron , I take two sachets a day of spatone www.Spatone from boots pharmacy , I am in the UK but It sounds just like the one PRG takes from Germany and I too find these type of supplements very kind and gentle on the tummy, they are supposed to get absorbed very easily , even when my tummy was at its worst I had no problems... -
