I guess I'm following in their footsteps... shouldn't complain or think outside the box... and what if I am wrong? what if my tests come back all normal? then I'll be the crazy hypochondirac, and feel hopeless about finding a solution... oh I forgot to say i get weird facial pain, it feels like nerve pain, almost like small shocks. kinda scary....

She is very nice person, but when i mentionned was going to get tested, sehe sort of freaked and went on about how i should stop making up ideas about being ill and how when she was youngm no one complained...
  3. Hello I am seeing my doctor in 2 days, she will send me for blood work. What tests should I insist on getting? the little I know is that ther is the IgA test and the tTg test. I also read somewhere about the "total IgA", the EM and the anti-endomysium... what are those and do I need them? I am in Quebec Canada thanks so much for your help!

  7. i already got checked for thyroid, it was normal. thanks everyone. I don't want to get tested for celiac or gluten intolerance though... just want to go gluten free. I just don't have the motivation to do it.

    You certainly have good reason to looking into the gluten free diet, but have you discussed any of this with a doctor? I guess you would have had to to know about your B12 and iron. I think those two really suggest enteritis and gluten.
