    This describes me best. Hubby and 1 of my sons have celiac disease. I'm gluten-free 95% of the time (mainly because it's easier)...but do eat gluten if I eat out

    As everyone else has already suggested, it might be worth just trying the diet. A negative blood test doesn't necessarily mean you don't have celiac disease. My husband's coeliac blood screen was negative but biopsies went on to prove he did in fact have it. Good luck
