    Hi Sallyz!! I have been to the south of Turkey (coastal towns) twice with 2 coeliacs on holiday. We mostly ate out, but found Turkish folk to be quite amenable and ready to help! It's easier to keep things plain at first. Plain meats, potatoes, veg, fruit and rice are all good starting points. A key thing to staying gluten...
