    Kalo, Have you ever tried fiber pills? I've been constipated a lot since this disease got triggered, I also have hemmorrhoids which showed up on my colonoscopy, so my gi doc suggested fiber pills. You have to gradually increase the amount slowly but I take 4-6 a day with a full glass of water, just make sure they are the gluten-free ones. It works...

    Hi Chase family and welcome! I would advise you not to go gluten free until the Endoscopy is done. If you start to eat gluten free now it will affect your biopsy and blood test.     Hi, I also react violently to even the smallest amount of gluten and I have no damage whatsoever to my small intestine or the villi, my biopsy came back Neg.The only abnormal reading was a 74 IgA.     Hi, I don't have this problem but my husband does. I wish he would get tested but I think, that he thinks , that he couldn't stay on the diet. Anyway as a nurse I know about Balmex, usually for babies, but it has worked wonders on hubby, he doesn't go a day without it. Hope this helps someone....

    Kalo, It took me 3-4 months before I could feel a difference because I kept getting sick, I finally stopped eating dairy and tomatoes. Hope you soon find answers and keep coming to this board, it has been a godsend for me!

    Murda, Sorry I didn't answer sooner, we are moving to PA soon and we were up there working on the house. If you go to clanthompson.com and click on celiac's I think you can order them.
