While in Salt Lake on Vacation I was blessed to find a resturant w/gluten free Menu and I wanted to share the name of it with everyone. They have locations in other city's but I don't remember where. I read on DQ website that all of the soft serve is gluten-free but they did not address toppings. I am jonesing for a Bannan Split or a German Chocolate Blizzard. Anyone have any idea if their toppings are gluten free? How about a Peanut Buster Parfait? Hot Fudge, I really am jonesing now!!!!

mommida: Thanks for your responce. My husband thinks I am nuts. And why not he has seen some weird things happening to me since (or should I say before) I was diagnosed. I also have dry eye syndrom. I am hoping that goes away too! I would love to go back to wearing contacts.

Here is a question for those with DH. Has anyone noticed changes in hair texture or nails after going gluten free. I have been gluten-free since Novemeber. My hair used to be rather dry and frizzy, now it sliky smooth. Not complaining mind you, it is just such a drastic change. It presents somewhat of a styling delema. So I went yesterday and had my upper endoscopy and also a colonoscopy because I was still symptomatic. Of course results will be several weeks on the Celiac. But my doctor has told me if I do not increase the fiber in my diet I will probably end up with diverticulosis. Great, another dietary thing to worry about. Thank you all for your responces. It's nice to have somewhere to vent where people understand. I know my test my come back negative tomorrow but I need to know what is going on. My GI doc said He didn't want me back on Gluten (thank God, I couldn't have done it) because I am still having GI problems. He wants to rule out every other GI disease also... -
