I'm in the same situation so I don't have any advice. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. Although I will say that my husband is finally starting to understand the CC issue since he glutened me last night and saw the misery I was in...not that I am suggesting that you gluten yourself Educating my hubby was just a benefit from the pain

Thanks for all the good things to try. I guess it will work a little differently with each person. I don't feel as bad today. I'm still in a lot of pain, but I no longer feel like throwing up so that's progress I talked with my husband about the cast iron pan and he remembered that the last thing he cooked in it was breaded fish. Well, I think I got glutened today. My husband cooked chicken in the cast iron pan. I was going to say something, but I didn't want to make him feel bad because he has been struggling with all my restrictions as it is. The only other things I had were corn and a baked potato with butter. Needless to say, I would like to speed the gluten through my system...
