  1. See, I'm more on the C side then diarrhea. Although I do get D occasionally and it is very large movements. Most of the time my bms are off colored and mishaped if I can go at all.
  2. There were three ranges negative, possible (not the exact word but thats what it means) and postive. I was only in the possible range. I forget the exact number but it wasn't to high above negative. Do these symptoms sound like they could be gluten related. I am really hitting a dead end with my problems as nothing is turning up.
  3. Ok guys, I know I keep posting on here and am probably annoying the hell out of you but I have a few more questions I need to ask. First off I am going to see my doc tomorrow for my bi monthly checkup (thyroid, bp, ect). We have been discussing my stomach issues. Over the last year I had a colonoscopy and a celiac panel. I was eating pretty much gluten light...
  4. He runs the TSH TotalT4 and T3 and just start running my Free T3. I am going to see him on Friday and I think I am going to ask him about Armour or maybe adding in so Cytomel.
  5. OK guys, I am hypothyroid. For some god forsaken reason my doc and me cannot get my levels to regulate. It has been a year and 4 months since I was diagnosed (TSH 9) and I have been titrating ever since. Today I just got a call that my levels were still high (5.8), it's starting to drive me nuts. Any opinions on whats going on? When I initially went to the...
  6. I appreciate your responses. Hopefully I figure something out soon. Had a colonoscopy so I am assuming that could rule out chrons and UC.
  7. No note yet. He is really pushing for me to try the diet and see results which I will probably end up doing. But I have been back on Gluten for a while. The thing that got me thinking was a few months ago I went low carb. I felt great physically for the couple weeks I was on it, but I felt that I needed the carbs for energy, the minute I added carbs back in...
  8. Haven't been tested for Hashi's doc said he is pretty sure thats what it is as I'm not converting T4 well. Anyhow if I said a week I apologize I was off for about 2 or 3 weeks. I would just like to get a diagnosis either way for peace of mind. And I'm not going to lie, I do enjoy a good craft beer and if I find out its not wheat then I won't have to worry...
  9. I could really use some ideas here guys? I'm really at my wits end.
  10. Ok guys, this is going to be a little straight forward and gross but I am going to post anyways. I can't seem to get an answer anywhere and I know you guys are always great and helpful.First off I want to start by saying I am hypothyroid. I have recently been feeling decent compared to how I have been. Maybe because I started back up on an AD until all this...
  11. Only other thing that makes me think its food is that when I'm do the low carb diet it takes a few days to feel up to par. When I add Gluten back into the diet, the effects take about 3 days to actually be noticed, which also makes me think its not blood sugar as that would be noticeable within a few hours.
  12. I've had my blood sugar done multiple times. Highest its been fasting was like 105. Other than that it ranges from 72-90. I test it after I eat a lot with my dad's monitor and the highest spike i've seen after a meal was like 118. So my doc and myself aren't to worried about that. I know sometimes people with thyroid disease have a hard time with gluten....
  13. Well went on low carb becaus I was told its good for thyroid function. 2 weeks in and I felt really good. Energetic, not as foggy. Went off this past weekend and back to my stomach burning and bloating, chest pain, feel like I can sleep all day, mood swings. What gives? Anyone else have this bull$&%@ happen. I had a celiac blood test and the only thing...
  14. This whole Autoimmune crap just gets annoying and sometimes really frustrating. Been doing this Thyroid deal for almost a year and im still not sorted out, and the stomach issues it is causing me are horrible. Not so much cramping but burning and noise and some odd Constipation.
  15. My BUN is usually normal. I think once it was like a point over. My Creatinine is always in the middle of the range. I think what cause my BUN to go up was that I drank a protein shake about an hour and half before blood work like a fool.
  16. My thyroid has been giving me alot of issues. After being up and down with my levels, I finally thought I was getting better, until I picked up my bloodwork yesterday. Last test I had drawn my TSH was @9.6 so my Levo dose was upped to .100 mcg. Please not my TSH levels elevated after my levo dose was cut in half mistakenly. Anywho, I started on .100 mcg...
  17. Ok quick question for anyone with Type 2 diabetes. My sisters blood sugar has been up and down. Two bloodwork sessions ago she was at 128, now last time she got it it was at 45. Her creatinine is also elevated as is her WBC. Does this sound like Type 2 Diabetes? Any suggestions on possible Autoimmune Disorders that can cause issues like this?
  18. I was diagnosed hypothyroid last year. Since 90% of hypo cases are Hashi's i'm asusming that's what is causing it. It's a rough road for the first couple months of treatment if you are symptomatic, but once your meds a properly adjusted you'll be back to your normal self. Also, besides gluten, thyroid patients should also avoid soy as much as possible...
  19. So it's been a few months since my blood test and i've been eating white bread products and having no issues. So today I figured what they hey and ate some 5 grain cereal with with rye and barley in it and also a sandwhich made with 15 grain whole wheat bread. I have such bad gas and my stomach is cramping now. Only oddity on my bloodwork that was 11 which...
  20. The thing that has me looking into this is that I have been on my thyroid meds for almost 10 months and many symptoms have cleared up but GI issues are still present, so is dizziness. Plus now my stools are coming out semi formed and either gray or yellowish. Never really had diarrhea more on the constipation side.
  21. Had my celiac panel. Everything normal except for Giladin/Gluten IgG. It was 11. Ref range was <11 Normal, 11-17 Questionable, >17 Positive. Would this indicate an intolerance? The rest of the panel is as follows: IGA is 274.2 REF Range 66.0 - 436.0 TTG (Tissue Transglutaminase AB) <3 REF Range: <5 Negative, 5-8 Equivocal, >8 Positive...
  22. Had a colonoscopy about 3 weeks ago. No IBD so I'm good in that sense.
  23. Anyone, I don't know if the equivocal IGG could mean intolerance or not.
  24. I also might add that they have the IGG marked as high on my results
  25. Hopefully somone can help me interpret these. IGA is 274.2 REF Range 66.0 - 436.0 TTG (Tissue Transglutaminase AB) <3 REF Range: <5 Negative, 5-8 Equivocal, >8 Positive Endomysial AB - Negative Gliadin/Gluten IGG - 11 Ref Range: <11 negative, 11-17 Equivocal, >17 Positive - From what I'm gettin this is the only one that...
