  2. Not to be a party pooper, but you should really insist on a fresh tub of ice cream. Even if they sterilize the scoop, they most likely already added a scoop that touched a cone into the tub. Probably just trace amounts but enough to do damage. Better off buying a sealed tub, unless it is a fresh untouched batch. Again don't want to be a buzz kill!
  3. I would really think about changing your doctors! The best thing you can do now is research on your own about celiac. This website is a great resource, there are some others and books as well. Match as many of your symptoms to celiac as possible. Write them down and go into your doctors office armed with the information and demand further testing and information...
