Hello, I am new here, could not find recent discussions of the topic I read so many contradictory info on oats RE: gluten free. Could you please give me feedback to build some kind of statistics - can you / do you eat oats? If yes - occasionally or regularily? And also if yes - if you could say (optionally of course) if you have any autoimmune... -
Hello Could anybody suggest a recipy for a birthday cake for a 5 y.o. (must be a "chocolate" cake - i.e. brown), eliminating the following ingredients -gluten -dairy -soy -eggs -artificial dyes -chocolate -yeast -nuts (Feeling miserable at this point....) Well OK smth brown sweet keeping form (without eggs hmm hmm) to be decorated with fruits...

Hello, My son has a steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome. He is on steroids and cyclosporine. Endomysium antibodies test he had , negative, but I suppose this is not reliable being on immunosuppression. Nephrologists deny all correlations with any food allergies or intolerances, but I can observe them! Milk, soy, eggs. Gluten was not so obvious just...

Hello, Here in the list of unsafe products /celiac-disease/forbidden-gluten-food-list-unsafe-ingredients-r182/ I see the "Criped rice" What is this? Is it rice and if yes why is it unsafe?? Many thanks in advance
