  1. It's almost too early in your diet for you to handle all that. I just went to the Olive Garden last week and was surprised that I was okay with not having the breadsticks, but I am almost 3 months in, not just a week or two. I don't think I could have handled it at a week or two in to the diet. Good Luck. It will be hard, but keep trying to tell yourself...
  2. I have the dreams too. I'll especially dream I am eating a doughnut and after I take a bite, I've realized what I've down and try to spit it up. Crazy!!!
  3. When I was first off gluten, I got a nasty stomach virus that was going around. Because I was already vomiting and having diarrhea, I went ahead and ate a cheeseburger. Why I have no idea. I am sure it didn't speed up the process of my getting better. Now, though, that it's been almost 3 months, and the smallest amount makes me sick, I don't want to be...
  4. I had posted in another post that I got glutened on some chicken salad on Thursday. Here it is Sunday and I am still having diarrhea. I made sure to be super careful Friday, Saturday, and today to avoid all gluten and made my meals from scratch to be sure. Yet I still have symptoms. I know it can still be from the chicken salad, and my last reaction lasted...
  5. My symptoms include a headache and horrible diarrhea where I literally have to run to the bathroom. I also get a rash on my rear end as well. I got glutened by the chicken salad on Thursday, and am starting to feel better today. I guess by tomorrow (DAY 3) I will be fine. Thanks everyone for your replies! I teach school and have to go camping with...
  6. I have been gluten-free since December 26th. I noticed a problem with wheat after my gallbladder removal in May. People told me that my bowel changes were due to my gallbladder removal and I foolishly believed them. I originally started the gluten-free lifestyle on a recommendation that it might help my hashimoto's thyroiditis and epstein-barr. It became...
  7. The Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownies saved my the first couple weeks off gluten! Hershey Bars and M&Ms too! Now I don't really crave it too often...I am on month 3!
  8. I have been gluten-free since December 26th. I felt better within days of giving it up. Now, if I have any gluten, I suffer from such horrific diarrhea that I end up inflamed for days. It's horrible. This past week, I've had three accidental exposures...first time in months. I am at the point that if a packaged product doesn't say gluten-free, I'm not...
