    Josh, a couple things here... 1) how did you go gluten-free? Was it by removing gluten, or by substituting gluten free alternative products for the things you used to eat that had gluten in them? Could be a reaction to something new you have added to your diet to replace the gluten-laden previous menu items. Things like soy products, more dairy, etc....

    Wow, they are $12 each! Maybe just once in a while for something you really love and miss but which refuses to put "gluten free" on the label. Otherwise, it is easier to just eat something that is known to be safe. Keep in mind that things which don't seem to have any gluten ingredients in them, but don't say gluten free are subject to cross-contamination...

    Hang in there! On the migraines...I have been a life-long migraine sufferer. I had a few weeks of bad withdrawal symptoms of various kinds...but I'm happy to report that in my eighth week now I've not had any headaches in three weeks now. That is truly amazing for me! So it will get better, and even better than before gluten-free.

    Thanks for all the responses so far. I would specifically be very interested to hear how long it took for those that had severe weight loss to stop loosing and start gaining weight back. (that's my biggest problem right now) thanks!

    Thanks zero. An interesting read in wikipedia, but not exactly what I'm thinking. Hormesis appears to carry with it the notion of a positive overall effect on health despite the small toxic effect of a small amount of a toxin.
