I was told when I called that because they out source some of the ingredients they couldn't say it was gluten-free. They did tell me the salt free version was gluten-free and even sent me a few small samples.

I am not very familiar with the testing after diagnosis but my dr called today and said my levels for my TG were 2 and m Iga was 95, can anyone interpret this for me? I am asymptomatic celiac so I requested these tests to see if my levels had dropped and initially my tTg was 43 so I know that is a good sign but I am not sure how to interpret the Iga or...

I personally hae heard the exact opposite. i googled c section & celiac & the research shows a higher incidence of celiac WITH a c section because the baby doesn't pass through the natural flora of the mother. definitely research that before you so what that nurse told me to do

I don't understand why PF Changs has to use tofu with gluten/wheat in it...if they try so hard to offer gluten-free items why not switch over toGF soy sauce and gluten-free tofu and not worry about having to stock 2 items or worry if someone gets it by accident....it would also allow more items for people that already have a limited selection....just my opinion...
