Welcome to the community! I don’t post often at all; but like you I have found this site to be a tremendous resource! I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 6 years ago! I too was almost immediately better and felt human again! I slowly started to have symptoms again which I feel were associated with other grains, dairy, sugar and inflammatory foods. ... -
