Do y'all know if Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate Woman multivitamins are gluten-free or not? The label says "NO Wheat" but are they gluten-free?
I checked their website but I am not sure. I was diagnosed one month ago today so I am still learning what to look for on the labels.
I searched but couldn't find a post here. Sorry if I overlooked one, and thanks bunches!

Hello everyone! I have been here for over a week, just reading. I have learned a lot from you all but still have so much to learn. It is so difficult to walk out of the doctors office with a sticky note that says "Celiac Disiese" on it and the words of the doctor ringing in my ears, "Gluten Free." To be honest, two weeks ago, I had no idea what gluten was.
I am making my way through one day, or actually, one meal at a time.
My daughters surprised me the day after my diagnosis with bags of gluten free foods. They went to the grocery store and spent almost two hours there. They were reading labels! I am blessed.
Well, thank you everyone for being willing to share your knowledge and experiences.

I am still new to this, but....
I've only had the gluten-free Chex cereals twice. It was the cinnamon one. I don't know about a reaction but I can say it is delicious.

Only on gluten-free week 3 here so I'm soaking up the good info in this thread (and on the rest of the forum) too. All I can say is that I'm feeling so much better that I don't care how restricted/difficult this diet may be; I can't imagine ever eating gluten again on purpose! I could happily live on applesauce, Larabars, and almonds if that's what it took.
Seriously, I can't believe how sick I was and how it had become my "normal." My new body feels like it's being recreated from the inside out.
I am newly diagnosed as well so I am gleening information from this post right along with you. Brooksbelle, I am so happy to hear that you are feeling better after just three weeks; I should be coming along soon too.
I can't imagine ever eating gluten on purpose again either, I just want to feel better too.
Thanks everyone for sharing your wisdom and experience.

What do y'all take for a multivitamin? I prefer to take one that I can purchase in a store instead of order online. I am open to ordering online, but only if I can't get a good one at a store.
