    I have a bad habit of itching my skin to the point it bleeds with these bumps I think they are erupting by my clothes brushing against them.     What is the special brownie or cookie? I am 9 days Gluten free but still have cramps and diarrhea, Gas is slowly going away and bloating is gone unless I slip with the dairy.I'm lactose intolerant also.     I have been very carefull to not eat anything with Gluten I did have some Deli Chicken salad a few days ago but according to the label no Glueten or Wheat. I have not had so much as a cracker since last Friday. My Diarrhea is worse my rash is worse. Is this suppose to happan.

    OMG I am itching all over. I was looking back at everything I ate today googled the ingrediants with the word gluten in it and omg Viniger is Taboo. Really?? I had Chicken saled that has viniger in it. I am beltching, indijestion and itching all over and snapping at coworkes. I'm miserable can someone offer some advice for relief. Uggggg
