    Hi I made a recipe and used Kamut because it wasn't listed as one of the celiac flours to avoid. However, I read in a book that it contains gluten. Has anyone tried it? Is there anything I can do to help minimize the reaction? Thanks!

    Yummy Nisla, I use a Cuisinart ice cream maker. I freeze the bowl before I use it and you don't use the salt or ice. I love my ice cream maker but I really need an extra bowl for big batches.     Hi Heather, I don't have any information on this technique with celiac disease. However, my aunt used the same technique with my hand when I was expecting. She said the ring would tell if I was having a girl or a boy. She swore by the ring and string and said she'd never been wrong. She predicted I'd have a girl and I did.......who knows ? Take Care...
