  1. No, but i'll look into water therapy, sounds nice. I am planning to swim to help regain strength when my son starts school in two weeks (thank goodness). I guess the tens until would give me more of the same feelings. It doesn't actually heal the nerves huh? Somehow that's what I got in my head, lol.
  2. wow, ouch. Glad it's better for you! Yes, I take DEVA B12 with folic acid&b6, sublingual, under tounge. I didn't think to ask my PT, havent seen her since she came up with the edema gloves under the braces. I can't wait to burn those braces, lol.
  3. Yes, I read that and asked about that too. I think it is beyond weird that the same smell is coming from wheat fermenting, in a way. I am searching for a new doc now. I wish they would come with little icons next to their name.
  4. Fast forward 5 years and I get diagnosed with celiac. I remove the straw from my chicken coop because it most likely has wheat in it. It was in a pile composting for a few months and I smelled the smell!!!!!!!!! It was the exact smell of my sons mouth! It is a little more faint and he now can have stinky breath too, like in the morning (he's 5 now). But...
  5. I didn't even think of that! Everyone makes mistakes. Thanks for reminding me
  6. As part of this disease I have peripheral neuropathy. I wear braces and edema gloves to bed every single night since I got pregnant (5 1/2 years ago). I can't talk on the phone or use the mouse very long, etc....horrible pain and nerve shots, falls asleep, it's a mess. I am showing a tiny bit of improvement already so I am excited. I was looking up things...
  7. I woke every morning with a swollen face and tongue (I could see my teeth marks on my tongue) for 5 years. I thought it was from sodium since it seemed much worse after having salty anything. I used such little salt trying to fix it and it never worked. I asked my Dr. (and I use that term lightly) over and over...he said it was my weight. What? Then my...
  8. Have you decided? This is such a pickle! I love the idea of bringing a similar dish that looks like everyone else's. Although you might not be able to do this yourself this time it sure is a super idea to keep with all of us.
  9. I am brand new to this forum but I wanted you to hear from someone who, might not have lost everything but lost all my friends. So weird but it's like they just don't believe you. One friend told me to eat more garlic and I'd be healthy. Sad. I feel for you and how alone it can make you feel. It is mind blowing that people don't understand in this day and...
  10. Hello and good morning to you all, I have a question I can't seem to find the answer to. I am sort of new to living gluten-free, diagnosed about 3 months ago. Like most newly informed celiac I make mistakes. Often. I try not to, yesterday it was chicken feed (although it doesn't taste very good, ha ha JK) I read here I can make my own feed mix...
