    For over a week now Ive had upper abdominal pain that feels like a fullness. I have it throughout the day but especially after eating. In fact it feels fine in the morning before I eat.     I ate salty gluten-free corn tortilla chips and real lemonade in front of a fan or cold AC. Oranges helped too. Avacados are great, too.

    Maybe you need more time to heal. And maybe youll have to be even more rigid with what you eat.

    My doctor was very concerned about my kids consuming gluten when they may be prone to celiac disease too. In fact we tested everybody and found out we are all carrying the genes for it!

    Everything Ive read says it takes a lot longer than 3 days to experience all symptoms going away. Your body will continue to auto-immune for quite awhile. Stick with the diet for more time. Ive been on it for over 9 months and am just noticing big changes! Plus its very possible there was still some traces of gluten in your kitchen.
