  7. welp its been umm 3 hours or so since breakfast and Im starving, my stomach is hurting, and Im sleepy. So looking at the bag of food my wife made for me (after she read this thread) gueess I'll try the banana and peanutbutter. This is so stupid, its like im afaird to eat any more.
  8. My son likes Whellshire farms chicken nuggets. But other then that, we make our own sometimes, in general breaded chicken is just not on the menu.

  10. My wife pointed out that all my food probelms have been with high carb foods like cholate cake and choloate milk. And maybe I dont have a dariy/etc problem that maybe Im just this hypo stuff.

  14. Well couple months ago I took an AC1 blood test and it was normal. I dont recall the number, I think it was 5, so that pretty much rules out diabeate from what I understand. Oka for example I have a bowl of sorbet here that I made last night (yummy!!), so should I eat a hamburger with it? Its pretty lean, 91% Or what? I have real peanutbutter also...
  15. Umm fats, carbs, and proteins all convert to glucose, just at different rates. glucose is the only fuel your cells can use. Soooo not sure what your saying?

  19. Okay, so its 3 tiems teh size of the bag I get at Publix.. for 8-10 times the cost. heh. Alot of food I get on the net (Such as the case of Vance Foods' DariFree I just ordered) is cheaper/same price as I get it locally, only shipping pushes it up which was extra at that QVC link. For example Kininick food are all cheaper at kinnnicik.com vs Wild Oats...
  20. POTATO CHIPS ARE VEGGIES!! But right now it seems like anything I eat is making me sick jsut trying to find a base line... adding new veggies does not fit with that plan. I do eat veggies, love fresh garden salads....

  23. I used fitday when I was doing Atkins years ago (well seems like it...) and I been messing with it while post here, it saays 69/31/7 for this meal. So carbs are down, but fat to high. I did just use teh built in egg salad, since I dont have measurements for what I made...
  24. Well the egg salad had 3 "large" eggs, a squirt of mustard, a splatering of kroger mirical whip, and a splash of salad dressing.
  25. Sooo the Egg Salad, Root Beer, and potateo chips I just got for myself (starving!!!) wouldnto quilfy?
