  2. WElp I had meatloaf for breakfast... so I guess that means Im on the right track LOL. I just need munchies that are cheap and easy. Apples and peanutbutter tastse good but does not travel well, nor store for long with out refridgeration.
  3. No CC is not common among Kraft products, and we use alot of Kraft products. Youve stated you work with gluten all day long, you very well could be the CC problem. Could be bringing it ohome from work on your cloths, hair, etc. CC is always possible with all prodcuts, but given the amount troulbe your having I would be looking for somthing more broad...

  8. I would guess that this nails it exaclty. But add in to it he gilt of not getting you all taken care of as kids properly... its a somewhat irrational guilt that any parent would understnad, but most childern dont. From what I can tell the only difference it celiac disease is when they find damage in the intestins. The cuases, the symptons, etc are...

  10. Well that was painless (err mostly, they did prick my finger lol) She agrees, Hypoglycimia. Now I just need find snacks that are good and easy to get at a normal (Kroger) grocery story... striking out so far... well found those protein bars, but at 3.69 per box of 5, I am hoping to find cheaper.... sincei can easly eat 5 or 8 in a day! LOL

  14. We use splenda too, but as for the egg, hmm not tried yet but my first attempt would be the gellitin one.
  15. It depends on the function of the egg in the recipe. Sometimes, like every single icecream recipe I have ever seen, they are mainly there as a presverative. In those cases, I never use it. Other times, like the the basic peanuttbutter cookies (Peanutbutter+egg+sugar) its a binding and extra liquid, and its harder to remove. Many of your premade mixes seem...
  16. Ive been baking for for decades, since I was a little child. I also was a short order cook for a while, I have absloutly no formal training... but I can not agree with the concept there is an over powering "formula" to baking. I rarely measure with any degree of reproduciblity, and I add/remove ingredients on the fly based on mood and what I have in my house...
  17. If you printed that listed with Internet Explorer it puts the address on each page, in the footer area as I recall (not used Internet Explorer in a whie...). Can you look see if its there? I'll poke areound some diabetic sites and see what I find.

  20. Well he is alseep now. He did not end up eating anythinng, but he had 2 or 3 cups of gatorade. Im hoping this is just a stomache bug and notthing more.... OH he did have a popiscle. He likes them.
  21. I would stick with the gluten intolerant dx and not worry beyond that. The treatment is identical, gluten-free for life. Good luck with your GI apt!
  22. OF course now we are wondering.. this happend 4-6 hours after his Sunday School.... is it a stomache bug, or did he still some food from one of his freinds? He a very tough little guy and its very hard to know how he is feeling, but he is defintly moving a bit slower... and right now he is cuddled up on the couch with his mommy. I dont ahve to tell you...

  24. Nope. Well we got flavored carbinatoed sugar free water... but nowhe drinkning teh gatorade... so dunno if he just got thirsty enough or what LOL
  25. Welp he not happy with the gatorade. Shoudl have gotten apple juice while I was there, cause all we have it Kroger brand tang, and milk. Oh and kroger brand diet coke. I guess the tang would be next best?
