Post Furity Pebbles (NOT the one iwth marshmellows) Post Cocoa Pebbles General Mills Neopeots (not seen this one my self, but many here report it) Kroger Brand Friuty Pebbles Those are the only mainstream cearls I know of other then some of the plain rice puffs...

    Just an update... have had gluten a few times (but not in that quantity) since hten still no reacction. BP has even reaminded normal, and hat was one of the few objective measures I have had in the past. SooooOOooOOooOOo now the scarey part... need to go by some milk

    I did, but it was because of unexplained anemia. The prep is FAR FAR worse then the procedure. Make sure you have nothing planed, will be near a bathroom, and no reponsiblities the night before it!!

    Peronaly I think it is as simple as some ppl are oat intorlant in addtion to celiac disease, not becuase of. Only problem is... how do you know?

    I dunnon about in general but I know all of the Ocean Spray and Sunmaid brand of dried fruit is gluten-free. I would think it would be true in general, since I can think of no good reason to add gluten to it.

    Well from what I understand, Celia is the femine form of the Roman name Caelius which meant heaven from Latin caelum. Unrelated to Celiac of course which means cavity as pointed out.

    Kroger Store Brand, called them a few weeks ago, all Kroger brand pancake syrups are gluten-free.

    Well I not a voilent confrontationalist like many ppl here, but I would definitly find a new doc. I would have just said "I am sorry you lack the education and training on this condtion, and simply time to keep up with current research. Since your so busy I will not take up anymore of your time." And leave.

    In my Kroger the nut milks are over in the heallth food section, across form the gluten-free ceral. I have not found DariFree locally anywhere yet.

    Okay, does bread, buns, etc usally have dairy in it? What does one look for when eating out, esply at a drive through kind of places? Ive gotten pretty good at spoting gluten traps, but still very unsure about all this dairy stuff!

    Try to get down to a computer stor in your area and use a few dif ones and see which one you like best. One of the things I like about my Dell Axim is the "big" (for a PDA) full color screen. I dont use it nearly as much as I thought I would when I got it, but I would love to have something like the Smart list on it, esply when traveling since cant go to...
