  10. THanks! We go to a wild oats... but although it almost seems like heresy here, I have stated many times that I do not like the taste of soy, and yes I have tried several different brands. Cheese is pretty much gone I think, but DariFree works as "milk" and "icecream" at least!

  15. Still no reaction. I guess I can safly say that a almost FULL BOX of shredded wheat in less then 12 hours, did not due me in.. then I realy dont have to worry about gluten for me.   17. Yes. Its not the exactly same as milk based ice cream because Vances is fat free... its more like what you would get if you made ice cream with skim milk. With the lack of milk fat, the flavor of the cocoa is a bit stronger, so you might want to back off some on it, this was VERY rich. If you leave teh cocoa out completely you get Vanilla ice...

  22. Oh forgot to mention the bispoy showed "damage consitient with a reaction to food". Thats what the lab said. And it was recomend we check for issue with foods. Nothing specific at all.

  24. Well its not like I will be getting alot of gluten in my diet since the house is gluten-free for my toddler's sake to begin with.
