    THanks! We go to a wild oats... but although it almost seems like heresy here, I have stated many times that I do not like the taste of soy, and yes I have tried several different brands. Cheese is pretty much gone I think, but DariFree works as "milk" and "icecream" at least!

    Post Cocoa Pebbles ans Post Fruity pebbles are gluten-free General Mills Cocoa Puff asre gluten-free too , BUT ONLY the newest boxes as thsi si a new formula change so you have to check your inredinents to be sure.

    Still no reaction. I guess I can safly say that a almost FULL BOX of shredded wheat in less then 12 hours, did not due me in.. then I realy dont have to worry about gluten for me.     OKay Im on my 3rd 2quart making so I though I would share what I have leared First , I did not buy thier mixer, I do not ahve that kind of money to waste on fancy jugs.     Yes. Its not the exactly same as milk based ice cream because Vances is fat free... its more like what you would get if you made ice cream with skim milk. With the lack of milk fat, the flavor of the cocoa is a bit stronger, so you might want to back off some on it, this was VERY rich. If you leave teh cocoa out completely you get Vanilla ice...

    Oh forgot to mention the bispoy showed "damage consitient with a reaction to food". Thats what the lab said. And it was recomend we check for issue with foods. Nothing specific at all.

    Well its not like I will be getting alot of gluten in my diet since the house is gluten-free for my toddler's sake to begin with. Just testing to know if I am out some place.... no gonna hve to learn all the things to be wary of for dairy. Alreadly learned that "NON DARIY CREAMER" is a flipping lie.
