  5. Radman, You state, and you also state So basicly, if I understand your view correctly, your saying "I do not care if I do damage to my body, nor do I realy care about symptons so long as I can occasionaly have gluten with out dieing, I plan to" That about sum it up?

  8. Krogers Natural Peanutt Butter is gluten-free/DF/CF/SF/etc, it only has peanuts and salt in it, and alot cheaper then anything mentioned here, so if you have a Kroger, get that one.

  17. I have tried a couple brands of soy, rice and almond milks, did not like any of them. My wife likes 8th Content Soy though.
  18. Tounge tingling is a clasic food allergy reaction.
  19. Not asying you should, I just choose to remove completely unneeded high risk, such as DD. I refuse to live in fear, but I also refuse to take what I see as uneeded excess risk. I do not drive my SUV at 150 MPH, even though I am sure it can go that fast because I see that as a stupid level of risk, granted DD is not quite that level, but it illustrates the...
  20. The only way to know would be a BLIND test. Have some one you trust to get it right prepair some random meals ofr you and not tell you which have gluten in them. See which you react to. Reaction the the gluten-free ones, and nto the gluten ones, would indicate that its likly all in your head. Perfect score on gluten-free vs not gluten-free would indicate...
  21. Let me put it this way... CC risk at a DD is about as high as it gets, its fast food level service with a very large quantity of high gluten products... I would not bring my son there thats for sure! I am sure ppl go there and get away with it... and if that level of risk is okay with you, thats your call, but I will always advise against it.
  22. Anyone that has worked retail will tell you how useless this will be. Products are constantly shelved inthe wrong location, moved by customers, shelf tags are constantly out of date, etc. I visit NJ a few tiems a year, and usally hit Shoprite a few times while there, but I can tell you I wont bother checking the shelf tags. Its a nice thought, but a...
  23. Wikioedia is NOT a trusted or reliable source of information. Its merely a facny community blog. Not saying the info in this case is wrong/right, just the source is not valid.
  24. Prbly should ask for a BMP (basic metabolic panel) and might as well check normal stuff like Anemai (Iron Levels) and basic vitaman/nutrient levels. If they have celica, they are likly to be deficient in somthing so might as well find out now. Assuming your INS will cover all that of course. I am told that in some European countires its standard practice...
