    Yeast is a good point, but I dont think store bread has mlik in it? I dunno I dont bother to read lables on wheat bread heh.

    Thoughts? yea Soy mlik tastes like chalk! Try the DariFree in your coffee. So far I have not found a min amount of real dary thats safe.

    Was it gluten, MAYBE. Was it something else? MAYBE. Are you avioding any other foods? When you do your challange you need to pick gluten from as pure a souce as you can. Prehaps oragnic wholewheat bread, or somthing like that. You need to at least aviod the other top allergins, esply dairy. Also you need to try to do it when your not sick and no one around...

    No offense, but getting ANYTHING from DD is playing with fire, and sooner or later your gonna get burned. All that flour flying around in the air has to land some place... maybe on the stack of lids, maybe on the cups... maybe in the coffee grounds... maybe in/on the bags... maybe not.     I have had BP spikes as high as 140 somthing over 98, and as low as 100/60. I am presently teaching my self to use a bp cuff/etc on my self so that I can start loging/tracking it. I believe when I get food I should not (ie gluten/etc) it causes BP to spike. But not had a high spike since november.

    Back to the ogrinal question, if you can not get the day care to take care of your child safely, then they are NOT a good daycare reguardless of anything else.     I put PILLSBURY STRAWBERRY icing on the cupcakes in question. From what I can tell it should be DF and gluten-free. Anyone know otherwise?

    Oh bah. I did not peel the brown banana first and its already a rock in my freezer. AH well. key, I found a like of Vance Food's Darifree in the smoothie helps give it a "creamier" texture. I do not at all like any of the soy, rice or almond milks.

    Well, thanks, but comes back to the fact that I started down this road after I reacted to a cup of whole milk, even though I took Lactate wtih it it. So that rules out chololate and tapioca flour, unless they are jsut in addtion.

    Got my doc's office to fax me the kindeny blood tests results, and I have not gotten to talk to doc himself yet, but theres two numbers marked: Chloride - 99 - normal 102-110 MG/L Creatinine - 1.3 - normal 0.5-1.0 MG/DL Anyone with experince and these numbers? Is celiac disease related to Kindey issues?

    While breast milk is the gentleist thing there is for a baby, and the healthiest, some of the foods the mom's eat does mix in the breast milk and can agravate reflux. So you would have to look at your diet to help there.
