    Ive only been gluten free for a few weeks and i was told all distilled vodka is safe. I keep hearing different information!!

    I know Dekyuper is safe...like the sour apple pucker and stuff...any vodkas..if you like red bull and vodka ..red bull is safe. I drink Jolly Ranchers (which is cranberry juice, peach schnapps, and sour apple pucker) mostly whenever I drink.

    thank you for the reassurance. My main fear is that after eating gluten free i would still be sick and the dr's would be stumped again. I just need to get better not for me but for my family cuz i couldnt hold a job being so sick and i want to get working again...but i wanted to make sure i was better first before committing to a job and this just scared...

    I made meatballs the other day and used corn chex... maybe if you just substituted the crumbs for the mashed up corn chex it would work.

    Ok attempting to make a pizza tonight ..one thats not horrible. Im gonna go out and buy mozzerella cheese and pepperoni pizza sauce, and of course...a crust. My local shop has some gluten free crusts and i googled them and it looks like my choices are Kinnickinnick, Glutino, and Amys. Which one do I choose?

    All the ingredients looked okay except it said smoke flavoring..heard that can be iffy. Anyone know for sure if this brand is safe? I cant find a website for it except it is Giant foodstore brand.

    sounds good!!!! specially the hot dog and frito thing. Yea everyone says "well the bright side is youll be healthier." Im like nooo u dont get it!! Just bc I cant have gluten doesnt mean I wont still eat bad things! lol

    i have a handheld mixer is that good enough? Or are you talking about the kind you sit out that has a bowl attached and it does it automattically?

    I called my church bc I just heard I cant eat the communion wafers...the women said we do have special ones but they arent gluten free but VERY small amounts... contains less than 0.01% gluten. HMM what do I do now?? Is that safe?? It is importsnt for me b/c I am relgious, but at the same time I do not want to get sick again.

    Used drumsticks and ground up some corn chex and bobs red mill rice flour added season all and old bay and fried in the frying pan. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Just sharing =0)

    This is I think day 4 of my gluten-free diet and last night before going to bed and this morning I feel jittery and also kind of shortness of breath. Just doesnt feel right like something is sitting on my chest. Should I be concerned? I made an appt tonight with my dr but they cant see me until 7:20. All the dr's are busy so this is going to be with a physicians...
