All of it like it was just sitting and not digesting...anyone have that issue too? Maybe I need to start a probiotic? any brands that are gluten...

So Ive been gluten free for over two months now...I feel great but recently I noticed Im getting sick after having a glass of white wine. I checked months ago to make sure its gluten-free and it is, its St James white wine and the first time I thought I drank too much on an empty stomach (two glasses on new years eve) led to an entire night of vomiting and...

Thank you all so much for all the insight on this! I'm gonna take it much easier on processed foods and test out milk and eggs along the way to see if it was one or the other (or both!) causing the problem.. I still have so much to learn about all this but I'm excited to have so many to share it with

I'm pretty sure the 3 muskateer is gluten-free.. it was on a halloween list on this site when I did a search and the ingredients didn't list anything that sounded like gluten.. I can check on that too.. the idea about eliminating lactose for a week sounds good.. I'm still not sure what casein is, gonna have to look into that, is that in all dairy products...

Very true Skylark! I'm so glad to hear some of you eat them and don't have a reaction. I just wish their label could be more definitive but I think I will eat up what we have and not just try to replace everything but it's true, I have too much of it in the house and it would be really expensive.
