I've gone through my life being a skinny minnie and all my friends were jealous beacuse I could eat and never put on weight Then I was diagnosed with coeliacs and went from a size 8 - 10 to a 12 - 14 and it wont budge..I physically can not do any more excercise and I am very careful about what I eat. I have had coeliacs for 9 years now and I also have regular and frequent heartburrn / indigestion . I go through rennies like they were sweeties. I actually have never married the two and have always thought they were problems on their own. hmmmmm

yes , get some gluten down you . .Your gut will react if you have coeliacs and the Dr will be able to tell from the flattened Villi..

Hey.. I'm in Scotland and I get calcium and vitamin D3 chewable on prescription so its free.. I have to take it because my bone density test showed I had a degree of osteopenia.. So like living with coeliacs I just have to get used to taking that for the rest of my life.
