I'm an adult male who recently discovered I have a sensitivity to glutein by doing my own gluten elimination test (after many doctors over the last 25 yrs failed to ever mention glutin sensitivity). I'm new to this too, but just for the record, I've had abdominal bloat, gas, and constipation for over 30 yrs.
