  1. Anyone know how to make a good spiced chai at home? How about lattes? Anybody with their own special recipes? I know I could probably get one at the local coffee shop without getting sick, but I'm not big on eating out anyway. And I'm kinda cheap.

  3. Oooo...me! When I eat gluten this is the first sign. I get severe pain right under my breastbone/stomach area. And I feel like my tummy is on FIRE! I'm guessing it's really my small intestine that I'm feeling, but at that point, the pain is so bad it's hard to pinpoint. Dunno if that is normal or not, but that's my experience. My hubby persuaded me to try...
  4. Sorry...depo is the shot you get once every 3 months. For awhile I thought it was evil, but now I realize it was just a trigger, not the total cause of my problem. *sigh* SO much easier to blame the drugs and hope there's another one out there to fix the problems the others caused.
