Hello, The other day when I was cookong chicken cutlet parmesan, I wanted to have some as well. So I used Pamala"s pancake mix as a coating. I soaked them in milk( I omit eggs ) and fried as usual with some salt, pepper ,galic powder to my surprise they were very yummy!!! Hi, I am new here my name is Annie, i also have tried these pancakes and they are a welcome addition. I thought they were very tasty! yum! I live in the adirondacks and we also have real maple syrup, yummmy!! When I want a "bread fix" in the AM I fry and egg and just pop one of the pancakes that were premade in the toaster and butter it. Annie -

Hello Thank you for your quick responses. The Dr. did ask if I wanted to do a biopsy but I said no. I had difficult pregnancies,(the last one 12yrs. ago put me in the hos[ital untill I was 5 months pregnant) than 2 yrs. ago I had to have a hysterectomy. No more under the knife unless it's an emergency! He said go home, there is a lot of info available... -
