  1. I've been going gluten free because I have extremely high suspicions that I have celiac disease, and I my doctor suggested while I am waiting for results to just begin a gluten free lifestyle. Does anyone feel more sensitive to spicy foods? I don't know if perhaps I am digesting things different now. Thanks.
  2. I'm a little new to this. I cannot contact the company right now, but I have a horseradish and these are the ingredients: Horseradish, water, white vinegar, salt, artificial oil of mustard, sodium bisulphite. Are any of those ingredients glutenized? I've been a little sensitive to sulphites in my time, so I am not sure if my stomach pains are due...
  3. Hi everyone. I think I might have celiac disease, and have gotten the bloodtest. I haven't gotten the results back yet but I am wary of them anyway - I mean they aren't totally accurate, PLUS my diet isn't really high in gluten. Does it have to be? But, I do feel as though I have a lot of the symptoms - in fact, I was brought to tears reading Sasquatch...
