Admitted that this doesn't answer you question specifically but have you tried baking bread yourself using Bob's red mill gluten free bread mix? The ones I found were not great tasting and were not really good bang for the buck so I went this route. So far so good.

Its not clear to me why you are taking Budesonide but it actually should reduce itchy skin. There could be something else.
