I love millet. I put some in my crockpot every night with water and a handful of raisins (on low) and have a great breakfast every morning before work and pour soy milk all over it! It fills me up and the best part is that millet is cheap! Enjoy. Sandra in Toronto

I use Kinnickik fish coating, which I found while travelling in PEI (and bought several bags). It was in the gluten-free section in Loblaws. Love it.

I use Bragg's which is just soy without alcohol. I don't know if the alcohol in Tamari would be a problem though. I like the little spray bottle Bragg's comes in...I make avocado sushi rolls at home and take it in a little ziplock container on road trips. That way I just get out at the picnic table and spray my sushi. We get a few strange looks, I'll... -

I just discovered it last month myself. If you're travelling in Quebec, it is made at a beautiful Inn (link: www.lebaluchon.com ) The Inn is near Mt. Tremblant (south east I think?) and North of Montreal. Anyone in Toronto could buy La Messagere at Bayview Village LCBO (and probably others). Love it.

Hi from Toronto. I'm so glad I found you guys. I normally drive to PEI every summer (not this year with gas prices....WAAAH!!!) and I will be travelling to Victoria next year, so all suggestions are greatly appreciated. If you travel to Toronto, keep Il Fornellos in mind. They have gluten-free pizza on the menu and will make any pasta dish with gluten... -

Good News! In Canada there is a gluten-free beer sold in most LCBOs. (In Toronto I found it at Bayview Village Mall). It is made in a beautiful Inn in Quebec. I really want to travel there....the chef makes wonderful dishes using their gluten-free beer! It is called La Messagere. Here is a link to learn more: Open Original Shared Link
