My doctor suggested cutting gluten in the summer of 2012 to help deal with migraines, increasing fatigue, digestive issues, and restless leg pains. I have not been tested for Celiac or gluten intolerance, as my doctor said the best test was seeing how it made me feel. It's been a struggle, and, unfortunately there has been a lot of falling off the wagon (both accidentally and for test purposes.)Â
Recently, I've taken on P90x and Insanity workout programs, as well as transitioning to a more Vegan/Raw Food diet to get my health and energy back.

I'm very interested in this... My doctor also had me avoid the test, saying their wasn't a genetic history for Celiac for me. Apparently having more proof before hand justifies the expense more to him, but he suggested I try the gluten free diet. Almost a year later, and it's working great for me. I have been getting them from the Walmart in my town. It was amazing when I first found them last November. They are $5.80, i think, for 27 nuggets. Not bad, in my opinion. They recently put $0.55 off coupons on all of the bags, too. They are NOT near the regular Tyson products in Walmart. There is a frozen section at the store near me called "Health Entrees... -
