  1. Everyone has such great ideas! I'm a grad student and have been gluten free for almost 3 years but I still struggle with my food issues weekly, if not daily. My biggest symptom is my nausea, which really sucks when trying to do research/study.   2. I've been gluten free for almost 3 years and still have bouts of discomfort and pain. I am a "borderline" Celiac, meaning my doctors wont classify me as "full blown" Celiac because of testing. Weird, since I have a dead spot in my stomach from gluten and am extremely sensitive... but, with that said, no tests (not even an colonoscopy/endoscopy) come back...
