  2. Gosh guys, just woke up It's time to go to bed and I just woke up. we had left over Thanksgiving dinner. Got so sick after and laid down and wa la........now awake. Deb, Have you tried the Breyers lactose free ice cream. i can tolerate it in tiny spaced out amounts i use almond milk for cereal and cooking. oh, i miss the mashed potatoes.......the white at high oxalate's.......... i can now tolerate a few now and then i found Cascadian Farms...... ? something like that in a FF.   8. Rachel, wow I think this sums it up so well. I would had done the same thing. As you know from our other correspondence, a lot of my issues came at the same time with my hip replacement and dental issues. I still haven't ruled that issue out. I'm just happy your doing so much better and finding answers for your health. I do read along on the OMG...

Mine started in my early 30's with the dreaded IBS and has been on going for 34 years. The last 3 1/2 years being better anyway.   11. Laurie....I think your so right on this and it seems to fit me. Years of eating gluten and taking it away for 5 months and feeling like a new woman...then some issues coming up again......... So then after taking the soy, dairy, casein, nightshades and foods high in oxalates.........has let me after 3 1/2 years .... find the foods that I can use to help...

  18. thanks Patti......at least it's not just me. She's the one i walk with each day since she had to put her dog down. She walked 3 times every day with her dog. Then was walking alone and broke my heart b/c she was so sad so now we walk together. (and she doesn't have to have a leash on me) She just has to watch that i don't trip her with my 2 canes...
  19. susie.......yes that's my big question.......our sliding glass door is so heavy i can't imagine she would open it but i guess she did no left overs.........god wish i could seen you some. giving mine to my 83 year old neighbor who did ALL THE COOKING for her family of 19 and those scum bags took all the left overs and she has NONE...........I TELL YOU...

  23. I noticed they changed the packaging again but there is a big info section on the side of the box that states it's still gluten free. At least the 2 boxes we got last week have that on the side of my box. Judy

  25. HI and welcome. I just saw this thread and see you did it Nov14th there are alot of us here over 60 I think I'm 67 and went 20+ years undx'd with IBS, of course. I've been gluten-free & s/f 3 1/2 years, df and & casein free for the most part but adding a tiny back in. There is so much info on the Scott's main home page. It will get easier...
