HI all Gluten-free is helping some but realizing that the CPAP hasn't been working correctly and had a sleep study done again so I could get new supplies. The sleep study test in the office was usless as I never showed the apena I've had for 11 years so wouldn't qualify for the supplies. Now they want me to use a test machine at home "'where I'll... -

This is the day I'm so looking forward to Sande so nice to hear from you. How was your Philly trip? We moved after 31 Years in PA to CA b/c our son is living here and has said he will not be moving back East so we sold everything and took a 2 week road trip and stayed with Jim's Mom for a few weeks, rented a apt and found a house. The adjustment... -

Judyin Philly replied to Anya's topic in Parents, Friends and Loved Ones of Celiacs
I'm 68 but Jersey Angel sent me this as she knows of my issues with c-diff. I've been reading on a c-diff forum about the pulsing of the vanco. I've had it 3 times after treatment with abx for stomach ulcers. Finally my GI sent me to a Infectious Disease Specialist and he treats only the most difficult cases and has found a 90% cure rate of the... -

ARCHIVED gluten-free Bisquick
Judyin Philly replied to BcG3987's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
great Post Larry I found them to spread flat too, but like you, I like them crispy also. How long can you keep them out on the counter? Know alot of gluten-free items have to be refrigerated. I tried putting in air tight container and also zip lock baggies but they get soft. What's you secret to keeping the 'crisp' in the cookie? -
