    ok since you silly's are from all over the place............ where can we move that the temp is usually 70 -80 degrees, gets some snow on occasion, near some kind of water, and doesn't have bugs. does that rule out N & S Carolina?     Good luck with the blood work I had to do a week of 'pee in the orange jug' and they lost day 4 of 7.......so said I'd have to repeat it. you can guess what i told them they could do with 'their' idea I was working at the time.....such fun we sillies endure to figure things out will watch....remind us ok?     Ah ..............'me balls are missing today'.......I'm a woos. have to go find me balls Patti's the expert here for sure. Agree here-----I just know that for me.....after surgeries I found that going off the pain meds made me much more aware of 'overdoing it' too. I think just changing positions and moving when you can will help with the stiffness...

    I suffered for years from UTI's and the testing wouldn't show e-coli but elevated white cells. They would put me on abx and then after the celiac dx after 20 years un dx'd, they were gone I too use pure cranberry capsules and they did help me Then I stated getting the burning again and found if I cut out foods high in oxalates I was fine again.
