I am new here and not yet Gluten Free. I would consider using glass cutting boards -- they can go in the dishwasher or wash by hand. I have a really large one for rolling out pie crusts and things like that. I will be looking for a couple smaller ones and toss out the old wooden one and the cheap plastic ones I have had for so long. Wood may be able... -
