  18. I don't have any pics but your rash looks exactly like a recurring one I had when I was in high school/college and beyond. I'm 48 now. I have been gluten free for 6+ months now and I seem to be getting some skin issues from cross-contamination. My scalp has become itchy, especially around the hair line and the back of my ears. Weird. Also, although it...
  19. Funny thing was I thought these were gluten free. The brand was Mezzetta but this particular kind did not say it was gluten free. Their "Martini" olives do say they're gluten free but this kind was not marinated in Vermouth like their Martini olives. Go figure.
  20. My college freshman daughter has gone "no poo" and pretty much loves it. She always had such a bad dandruff problem along with extremely oily hair prior to going no poo.
  21. Very cool! Thanks so much for that info on toaster bags. I believe I will also get a new dedicated gluten free toaster.

At other times, when I experience cross-contamination, I will have a cluster of canker sores on the roof of my mouth. Oh, I also found out that not all olives are gluten free. I was drinking...

But my cross-contamination could be coming from buying nuts in bulk at the grocery store. Or both. So confused. I have a shared kitchen and have tried to not let my gluten sensitivity...
  24. Just joined this forum. I have been using this website to help with the myriad of questions that have arisen since I went gluten free (the last 6 months.) I had a food sensitivity panel done back in May of 2013 which showed I was sensitive to a number of things, including wheat, gluten, rye, barley, dairy, eggs, soy, etc. I was surprised at all except the...
