  3. I spoke to this new doctor I really like's partner in his office. He was pretty old and old school, I could tell. He was going over my blood work again on the phone with me today and goes, this is very unlikely that you have Celiacs. I said why do you say that.   4. Can anyone tell me what my numbers mean? The one positive test, is that a test that is usually positive in Celiacs? Am I just slightly elevated? Immunoglobulin A : 128 (normal, range 70-400) Gliadin IGA Deamidated: 2.1 (normal, <20) Transglutaminase IGA Autoabe: 20.8 (out of range <15.1)
